 Group chat or group chat activity has taken on greater importance. In the group Testing Officer Task or G.T.O Task, the candidate makes the first impression on the Group Testing Officer (G.T.O) and other members of his or her team. The good performance of the voter in the group discussion work creates a positive image for the Group Review Team, and enriches his or her role in the next group activities. As a first impression is a last resort, so a determined person should try everything to show his or her value in the group discussions.

 During the group discussion all the participants were scheduled to be in the group. Initially, every person who submits to the election introduces himself or herself, from which city he or she belongs, his or her qualifications, hobbies, etc. After that, the group negotiation work begins. In this process, usually, two subjects are studied for candidates and they need to choose one of them to discuss. The topic agreed upon by most of the participants was approved by the Group Examination Officer for discussion.

 Practical Tips for Group Discussion

• Listen carefully when summarizing the Group Inspection Officer.
• Take an interest in the conversation and stay active during the conversation.
• Try to understand the topic first and make your leading effort in deciding the topic of choice.
• Speak with confidence to the whole group who are watching the eyes of each election, and you should not continue to look for a group Testing official.
• Don't focus on your own ideas, you must accept criticism with an open mind.
• Deal with others in a friendly manner.
• Remember: it is not a command of the English language to test this conversation, do not hesitate even if you make language mistakes.
